Your community is relying on you to be informed and make knowledgeable decisions. This is the tool you need to help your organization succeed.

Every organization’s governing body must know and follow the three “Rs” of effective board governance • Regulations, Requirements, and Responsibilities. Sound board governance practices require this knowledge. And without a well-prepared and well-armed board, your organization could find itself without the leadership it needs to succeed.

The training program is broken into eight easy-to-view sessions each lasting 30-45 minutes • the perfect length to provide training during a regularly scheduled board meeting but still have time to get your other important organization business accomplished. Alternatively, the program can be used at board retreats or special training meetings. It’s up to you (and your board)!
